Glencore Australia is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Superintendent to lead the Reliability and Improvement team at Hail Creek Open Cut. You will provide technical maintenance leadership, oversee installations and upgrades, and align with site safety and engineering standards.

The role requires frontline leadership, strong stakeholder communication, and a background in mining or heavy industry with Mechanical Engineering qualifications. In office work with a strong safety culture is expected.
