This is a rare opportunity to step into a true end-to-end product ownership role , shaping strategy, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving the evolution of finance systems, data, and AI implementation and optimisation at scale.

The Opportunity

You will define and deliver the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a broad suite of finance platforms including:

- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Finance Data & Analytics platforms

You’ll sit at the intersection of Technology, Finance, and Data , ensuring systems are robust, scalable, and capable of delivering high-quality, decision-ready insights.

Responsibilities:

Own the Product Strategy

- Define and execute a long-term roadmap for finance systems and data platforms
- Translate complex finance and tax requirements into clear, actionable outcomes for finance systems

Drive Delivery

- Prioritise and guide development across integrations, data models, and reporting capabilities
- Partner closely with engineering and architecture teams to deliver optimal finance platforms with a strategic, future focused approach
- Assess feasibility and business impact of system enhancements
- Champion data innovation, including the application of AI across finance platforms

Shape Finance Data





- Influence how financial data is structured, governed, and consumed
- Enable more accurate, timely, and insight-driven reporting

Engage Stakeholders

- Build trusted relationships across finance, technology, and business teams
- Align priorities and deliver solutions that create tangible business value

Experience:

- Proven experience owning and managing finance or data platforms aligned to finance
- Solid understanding of finance systems, accounting processes, and data flows
- Proven track record uplifting and optimising complex, data-driven platforms
- Experience with tools and systems such as Oracle, Anaplan, TM1 (or similar)
- Strong grasp of data governance, lineage, and integration patterns
- Excellent communication skills – able to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Hands-on experience working in Agile environments (e.g. Jira)
- A strategic mindset with the ability to work in the detail, while working to a strategic goal
- Proactivity with AI and data innovation in finance
- Proactive, resilient, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
- A natural collaborator who can influence across diverse stakeholder groups
