We are CherryHill Orchards, a third-generation family-owned business specialising in premium fresh cherries, based in Victoria’s Yarra Valley. We run agri-tourism experiences and supply fresh cherries to Australia’s supermarkets, independent grocers, and fresh produce markets. We also export our fresh cherries around the world.

Join our friendly Agri‑Tourism team from mid-September in the stunning Yarra Valley, just an hour’s drive from Melbourne CBD. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant seasonal environment, create memorable guest experiences, and be part of a team that brings the magic of cherry season to life.

What you’ll be doing:

- Warmly welcoming guests and delivering friendly, knowledgeable service
- Creating memorable moments that help visitors enjoy every part of their experience
- Assisting with school groups and special events, supporting guests across every touchpoint
- Conducting tastings of our cherry products, with RSA required for alcoholic beverages
- Helping manage guest flow so visitors feel supported, informed, and secure
- Supporting our Health & Safety culture by keeping visitors and colleagues safe at all times

About you:

- You have your own vehicle and a full driver’s licence
- You communicate clearly in English and are comfortable using two‑way radios; multilingual skills are highly regarded!
- You have experience in a customer‑facing role and enjoy making people feel welcome
- You bring strong interpersonal and communication skills that help you connect with a wide range of visitors
- You understand Workplace Health & Safety responsibilities and take pride in working safely
- You’re available to work weekends and can commit to the full season
- You’re reliable, organised, and thrive as part of a positive, energetic team
