This role will include soft and hard landscaping but not limited to the following tasks.
- Manage the onsite construction process
- Detailed planning and management of jobs
- Minimise construction costs
- Coordinating delivery of subcontract services to meet program
- Coordinate staff, subcontractors and other onsite trades – liaise with client representative
- Monitor and enforce quality standards
- Work in a "hands on" role, performing manual labour
