What You’ll Do

- Develop strengths‑based, trauma‑informed behaviour support plans.
- Conduct functional assessments and apply evidence‑based strategies.
- Support clients in homes, schools, and community settings.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Psychologists, OTs, Speech Pathologists, and Social Workers.
- Work locally in Melbourne's South East/Eastern Corridor — no long commutes.
- Enjoy a sustainable workload with just 5 billable hours per day.

What You’ll Bring

- NDIS‑endorsed Behaviour Support Practitioner status (Core or above).
- Valid WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and a reliable vehicle.
- Confidence working independently in the community.
- A passion for person‑centered, trauma‑informed practice.
