Contract Site Manager - Medical Centre Fit Outs (MRI)

We are seeking two experienced Contract Site Managers for separate medical centre fit out projects located in Point Cook and Mount Waverley . Both projects involve the delivery of complex MRI rooms within live healthcare environments . This role requires a Site Manager with proven experience working in operational medical facilities and managing specialist MRI construction works.

Project Details

- Locations: Point Cook & Mount Waverley, VIC
- Project type: Medical centre fit outs including MRI rooms
- Duration: 8 to 10 weeks
- Start: Mid March
- Rate: $800 per day + GST
- Contract role

Key Responsibilities

- Full site management across both live medical centre fit out projects
- Delivery and coordination of MRI room construction and specialist trades
- Managing WHS, quality control, and construction program
- Liaising with consultants, client stakeholders, and facility operators




- Ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing medical operations
- Managing services coordination and compliance within healthcare settings

Key Requirements

- Proven experience delivering medical or healthcare fit outs
- MRI room delivery experience is essential
- Solid experience working in live environments
- Ability to manage tight programs and complex services coordination
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant trade or construction management background preferred
