Must-Have Skills

- 5–12 years of experience in AI/ML/NLP/LLM engineering or AI consulting
- Solid hands-on experience with Generative AI , Large Language Models (LLMs) , prompt engineering , embeddings , and RAG pipelines
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
- Experience with AI cloud platforms : Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI / OpenAI APIs
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma
- Working knowledge of LangChain and LlamaIndex
- Understanding of MLOps / AIOps , CI/CD pipelines , and model lifecycle management
- Familiarity with data engineering , structured and unstructured data processing , and analytics tools
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business-friendly language

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience designing and scaling enterprise AI solutions
- Exposure to agent-based architectures and advanced RAG patterns
- Experience in AI governance, security, and responsible AI
- Prior consulting or client-facing experience
