About the Role

As Practice Manager, you will work closely with our Lead Vet and leadership team to oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow, strong financial performance, and a positive, supportive team culture.

This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing people management with operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor and support nursing, reception and support teams
- Oversee rostering, performance management and team development
- Manage clinic operations, policies and procedures
- Drive financial performance including budgets, KPIs and reporting
- Lead recruitment, onboarding and staff engagement initiatives




- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards
- Foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture
- Work collaboratively with veterinarians to support exceptional patient and client care

About You

- Previous experience in Practice Management (veterinary or healthcare preferred)
- Highly organised with solid communication skills
- Confident managing budgets, KPIs and operational targets
- Solutions-focused, proactive and adaptable
- Passionate about team development and delivering outstanding client service
