Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage commissioning activities, including commissioning planning, site acceptance tests (SAT) and R2 testing, to ensure successful project delivery
- Provide technical leadership for fault diagnosis, troubleshooting and corrective actions for complex technical issues
- Act as the key technical interface between customers, sales, technical and R&D; teams to ensure timely and high‑quality issue resolution
- Deliver technical training to customers and service partners to ensure safe and competent operation of Sungrow products
Skills and experiences required:
- Valid working visa in Australia
- Electrical Engineering, Renewable Engineering and or similar background
- A minimum of 1‑3 years of experience in a similar position with relevant experience
- Utility project commissioning including R2 testing experience preferred
- Excellent communications skills (Written and Verbal) in English and fluent (Verbal) in
- Ability to effectively communicate with owners, team members, field team and subcontractors
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Strong organisation and time management skills handling multiple tasks at once
