Your new role

We are seeking a New Energy Information Management & Operations Analyst to join the Hays team based in our Melbourne office. This is a full time permanent role commencing immediately. The salary is $95,400 + Super.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate renewable energy installations and project delivery activities.
- Manage schedules, work orders, network applications and project documentation.
- Act as the key contact between customers, contractors and internal teams.
- Support supply chain and logistics to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Analyse operational data and provide insights to improve performance.




- Drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed

- 5+ years' experience in scheduling, coordination or field operations.
- Background in energy, renewables, construction or a related industry.
- Robust stakeholder management skills, particularly with contractors and trades.
- Experience managing high-volume, multi-stage projects.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a continuous improvement mindset
