Are you passionate about connecting people with opportunities? We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join Brandbank on a 3-month fixed term contract and support recruitment projects across our retail brands.

As a key member of our team, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment projects, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. This role combines strong relationship management with hands‑on recruitment administration, providing you with the opportunity to make a real impact on our people and our business.

THE ROLE:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail roles including leadership, store management, and visual merchandising.
- Partner with Retail State Teams and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and provide recommendations.
- Write and post job ads, and proactively source talent via LinkedIn, SEEK Talent Search, networking, and talent pipelines.
- Screen resumes, engage candidates, and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability.
- Coordinate interviews, manage diaries, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Deliver a high standard of candidate care with clear, timely communication throughout.
- Conduct reference checks and support hiring decisions.
- Lead bulk and seasonal recruitment campaigns (e.g., Christmas hiring).
- Manage agency relationships where required.
- Maintain accurate ATS data, compile recruitment reports, and track hiring activity.
- Contribute to talent acquisition projects, employer branding, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.
- This role is working on a 3 month fixed term contract.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

- Minimum 12 months’ experience in recruitment and/or store management within the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of retail recruitment practices, including bulk hiring (highly regarded).




- Passion for delivering exceptional candidate care and a high-quality recruitment experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders.
- Familiarity with online advertising platforms and talent sourcing channels.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred, but not essential.
- Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Solid computer skills across Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent in Human Resources or Business Management (highly regarded).
