Description

Followmont Transport is seeking a dedicated and responsible Local HC/MC Driver to become a key part of our PUD team. If you take pride in delivering high-quality work with attention to detail, this could be the perfect role for you! We are looking for a reliable individual to handle the safe pick-up and delivery of a variety of freight, including manual handling of parcel freight.

What You Will Be Doing:

Position:

Full-time, Permanent / Casual

Hours:

Monday to Friday (guaranteed hours)

Start Date:

Immediate Start Available

Responsibilities:

- Complete pickups and deliveries of general freight.
- Safely and efficiently manage deliveries on time and in full.
- Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of safety and accuracy.
- Adhere to established rules, regulations, and processes to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

What You Need:

- This role would best suit someone who thrives in a stable, predictable work environment and takes pride in delivering results with precision and consistency.
- Previous experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Must hold a current HC/MC Drivers License
- Forklift License is desirable but not mandatory
- A professional mindset with a solid sense of accountability and commitment to meeting goals
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening, and criminal history check
