This Services Manager role leads the operational performance, sustainability and continuous improvement of Men’s Behaviour Change and Counselling Services across multiple locations.

Reporting to the Statewide Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure services are protected, effective, compliant, and responsive to diverse clients and communities.

This role also supports workforce leadership, risk management, budget oversight and stronger integrated responses across the domestic and family violence sector.

Key Requirements

- Relevant tertiary qualification (minimum bachelor’s degree) in Social Work,



Psychology, Counselling, Behavioural Science or Social Science
- Solid understanding of Men’s Behaviour Change and Domestic Family Violence
- Extensive leadership of complex service delivery programs and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong financial management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Current QLD Driver’s License and Blue Card.
