WHAT IS THE ROLE

You will be responsible for project managing the new product development lifecycle for our range of textile/apparel products. Scheduling, running and coordinating all project team meetings and rigidly following our internal project management methodology “The Buzz Way”. You’ll stay across all project deadlines, keeping people on schedule and escape risks and issues in having quality product samples and tender documents /presentations on time and schedule and to Buzz standards.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential skills and attributes:

- Prior experience managing complex projects, in consumer products such as apparel/sleepwear/textiles etc.
- Formal project management qualifications and experience using project management tools e.g., Microsoft project, smartsheet or like
- Proven experience managing and motivating cross-functional teams to deliver deadlines and drive successful outcomes.




- Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines and streamline processes to achieve optimal outcomes
- Experience preparing tender documents would be advantageous but not essential
