Northern Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Registered Nurse for Hospital in the Home (HITH) in NSW. The role is a temporary part time position, 16 hours per week, with a remuneration range of $41.23–$57.88 per hour.
Employment is until 30 June 2028, with a possibility of ongoing work within the NSLHD HITH program. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate community nursing care in patients' homes or clinics, collaborating with the health care team to achieve optimal outcomes.
