We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support the delivery of a large-scale ServiceNow implementation within a complex enterprise workplace. This role will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project delivery resources to coordinate the development, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow configurations.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to support ServiceNow configuration activities.
- Work closely with ServiceNow Developers to deliver application enhancements and configurations.
- Analyse and resolve issues arising from business-specific requirements.
- Coordinate testing activities with testing teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
- Facilitate integration activities between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Support an Agile delivery environment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Engage effectively with a broad range of technical and business stakeholders.

Essential Skills & Experience





- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in complex ICT environments.
- Strong experience working with the ServiceNow platform .
- Experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business and technical requirements.
- Ability to coordinate development, testing, and deployment activities across multiple teams.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience working within Agile and DevOps delivery environments.

Highly Desirable

- Hands-on ServiceNow development or configuration experience.
- Knowledge of enterprise application integrations.
- Experience working within large, complex transformation or digital projects.
