Degani Coffee Roastery in Moorabbin, VIC is seeking an experienced Senior Coffee Roaster to lead roasting operations, drive product development and uphold quality across wholesale programs. You will manage weekly roasting schedules, optimize profiles for consistency and flavor, mentor the team and collaborate with management on growth initiatives within a growing Australian coffee brand.

The role offers ownership, hands-on work with contemporary equipment and opportunities to shape Degani's roasting
