Job Description

As an Assistant Store Manager at Burson, you’ll play a hands‑on role in leading day‑to‑day operations, driving sales, and motivating your team to perform at their best.

Support our Mildura branch as a 2IC, driving sales, inventory and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle automotive parts queries from trade and retail/DIY customers
- Provide a high level of customer service with an emphasis on customer retention & development
- Assist with inventory control
- Maintain store standards and adhere to company policies, procedures and OH&S; compliance
- Support the Store Manager
- Lead and support your team

Qualifications

- Ability to work in a driven and diverse team workplace




- Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors)
- Ability to engage with, and motivate team members
- Customer focused with solid time management abilities & attention to detail
- OH&S; experience, with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy
