Essential Criteria

- Certified Salesforce Administrator with a minimum of 2 years experience within Salesforce eco-system.
- Salesforce product knowledge, and a strong understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules).
- Experience in Data Loader, Service Cloud and other salesforce tools.
- Experience of working with cross-functional teams and vendor partners for troubleshooting and incident resolution.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail and quality.
- Strong documentation and technical skills.

Desirable Criteria

- ITIL Foundation Certification and experience.
- Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies.
- Comfortable with current ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.
