Swan Hill
Seed Ability is a multidisciplinary allied health practice providing Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy and Allied Health Assistant services to children and families across regional Victoria and Recent South Wales.
Located in the heart of Swan Hill, a beautiful riverside town with rich heritage, vibrant culture, and picturesque landscapes, Seed Ability offers an exceptional place to live and work - perfect for both individuals and families.
Our purpose is simple: to enhance the client experience and help people live their best lives.
Everything we do is guided by one philosophy - Nurture to Thrive. We nurture children to reach their potential, families to feel supported and empowered, and clinicians to build meaningful, rewarding careers.
We believe "Nurture to Thrive" applies just as much to our team as it does to the children and families we support. That's why we invest not only in developing exceptional Speech Pathologists, but also in developing self-aware, resilient and emotionally intelligent people who can build meaningful relationships and make a lasting difference.
At Seed Ability, you'll be surrounded by people who are passionate about making a difference, committed to lifelong learning and genuinely enjoy coming to work each day.
About the Opportunity
As a Paediatric Speech Pathologist, you'll work with children and families across a diverse caseload, delivering evidence-based assessment, intervention and education that creates meaningful change in everyday life.
You'll collaborate closely with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Allied Health Assistants, educators and our administration team to provide holistic, family-centred care.
Your role will be tailored to your experience, strengths and career goals.
Whether you're developing confidence as a graduate, refining your clinical expertise, developing an area of special interest or stepping into leadership, we'll support you every step of the way.
What You'll Be Doing
No two days at Seed Ability are exactly the same, but depending on your experience and career stage, your role may include:
- Delivering evidence-based assessment and intervention for children with a wide range of communication needs.
- Building meaningful relationships with children and families through family-centred practice.
- Working collaboratively with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Allied Health Assistants, educators, GPs and other professionals.
- Developing individualised therapy plans that support participation at home, school and within the community.
- Writing reports and recommendations for families, schools, kindergartens and funding bodies.
- Participating in regular supervision, multidisciplinary case discussions and clinical education.
- Contributing to service development, mentoring or leadership opportunities as your career progresses.
- Continuing to develop your clinical knowledge and pursue areas of professional interest.
A Career That Grows With You
At Seed Ability, we believe your career should continue to evolve long after graduation.
That's why we've developed a structured Career Progression Roadmap designed to support clinicians throughout every stage of their journey.
As you grow, your supervision, professional development, autonomy, leadership opportunities and remuneration grow alongside you.
Whether your goal is to become an exceptional clinician, develop an area of clinical expertise or lead and inspire others, we'll help you get there.
Support That Grows With You
No matter where you are in your career, you'll receive the support you need to continue learning and growing.
