Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Yamanto, QLD, responsible for driving growth and expanding the company’s client base. This position involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, and preparing proposals and quotations for security and integrated services. The role includes developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and attending client meetings, site visits, and industry events. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with operational teams to ensure services meet client needs and will track performance metrics, manage pipelines,



and report on business development activities to leadership. The role also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and supporting contract negotiations in line with company policies.
Qualifications

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within security, facilities, or manpower services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and develop strategic plans to support growth objectives.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and basic digital productivity platforms.
- Relevant qualification in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
- Knowledge of the Australian security services market and regulatory environment is an advantage.
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to attend client sites and meetings as required.
