As our Adviser Implementation Manager, you'll become a trusted partner to financial advisers, guiding them through every stage of implementing Trellia's managed account solutions. You'll combine your financial planning knowledge, project management skills and relationship-building ability to deliver a seamless implementation experience while helping advisers confidently transition their clients.

What you'll be doing

You'll work closely with financial advisers and practice principals to plan and deliver successful managed account implementations from initial planning through to completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Building trusted relationships with advisers and becoming their primary implementation partner.
- Analysing client books and preparing platform, investment and fee comparisons to support transition decisions.
- Designing implementation plans, transition strategies and migration schedules tailored to each practice.
- Coordinating implementation activities across advisers, platforms, custodians, fund managers and internal stakeholders.
- Supporting advice document templates and implementation workflows within Xplan or similar advice software.
- Training advisers on Trellia's Adviser Portal,



implementation tools and best practice processes.
- Developing practical resources including calculators, templates, playbooks and client communication materials.
- Managing multiple adviser implementations simultaneously while keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
- Identifying opportunities to improve implementation processes and enhance the adviser experience.

About you

You'll bring experience from wealth management, financial advice or managed accounts and enjoy working closely with advisers to deliver practical solutions.

You'll likely have experience in areas such as:

- Financial planning or paraplanning.
- Managed accounts.
- Wealth management or investment platforms.
- Adviser support or practice consulting.
- Client implementation or transition management.

You'll also bring:

- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A solid understanding of advice practices and the financial planning industry.
- Experience using Xplan or similar advice software such as AdviserLogic, Midwinter or Coin.
- The ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional client service.
