SDLG Construction Machinery is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to grow our business across Australia.

Package: Competitive base salary + KPI-based incentive

In this role, you will:

Develop and manage major/key accounts

Build long-term relationships with fleet, rental, construction and infrastructure customers

Manage and expand SDLG’s Australian dealer network

Support dealers with sales planning, customer visits and product demonstrations

Lead quotations, tenders and commercial negotiations

Identify current market opportunities and deliver national sales growth

What we’re looking for:

- 3+ years of sales experience in heavy equipment, construction machinery, commercial vehicles or a related industry
- Proven experience managing key accounts and dealer/distributor networks
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills
- Self-motivated, commercially driven and target-focused
- Full Australian driver’s licence and working rights
- Fluent English; Mandarin is an advantage
