We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Engineer to join our growing Remedial division in Queensland.

This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of projects, including Structural Remediation and Blast and Paint projects , supporting the successful delivery of complex construction and infrastructure works. Working closely with Project Managers, Site Teams, Clients, and Subcontractors, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.

This position is ideal for a construction professional looking to broaden their project experience while contributing to the delivery of technically challenging and rewarding projects across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of remedial construction projects.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Support procurement and contract administration activities.
- Prepare project reports, forecasts, programs, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and opportunities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and project delivery excellence.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Project Engineer or similar role.




- A background within the construction industry .
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Experience managing project documentation, cost control, and scheduling.
- The ability to work collaboratively across project teams and stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and project delivery.
- Experience within remedial construction .
- Exposure to structural remediation, concrete repair, protective coatings, blast and paint, corrosion protection, or industrial maintenance projects .
- Relevant engineering, construction management, or related qualification.

Travel Requirements

This role will involve occasional travel to project locations, including Gladstone , Mackay , and other regional areas as required.
