Salt in Melbourne is seeking a senior Change Manager to lead a strategic change program within a Salesforce-enabled transformation for the student experience project. You will partner with sponsors, project teams and business stakeholders to drive adoption and readiness across multiple streams.

The role requires robust stakeholder engagement, hands-on delivery, and the ability to operate strategically. The initial contract is for 6 months with hybrid working arrangements in the CBD.
