Your In-Home Rehab in Northern Sydney is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our mobile, in-home care team. The role focuses on helping older clients maintain independence, safety and quality of life in their homes and communities.
In this field-based position, you will carry out home-based assessments, design tailored treatment plans, assess daily living needs, and liaise with care managers and other health professionals. Travel across the Northern Sydney area is required.
