This is a rare opportunity for a driven Senior Business Development Manager to join a high-performing Property Management team and take your Real Estate career to the next level. You’ll be part of a team of three experienced BDMs working collaboratively across Sydney’s North Shore and Eastern Suburbs, alongside some of the industry’s top-performing sales agents. If you’re passionate about property, thrive on winning new business, and love building strong client relationships — this role is for you.

The Opportunity

- Drive new Property Management business growth across the North Shore and Eastern Suburbs
- Work closely with a large network of successful Sales Agents to secure new managements
- Self-generate leads, prospect landlords, and convert opportunities into long-term clients
- Conduct property appraisals, open homes, and deliver a seamless onboarding experience
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and referral partners
- Represent one of Australia’s most respected and recognised Real Estate brands

What We’re Looking For

You’re an experienced Real Estate Business Development Manager with a passion for growth and a genuine love of people and property. You’re results-driven, confident in the listing process,



and thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

To Succeed, You’ll Bring

- 3+ years’ experience in Property Management or Business Development
- A current Certificate of Registration (or Real Estate Licence) and up-to-date CPD
- Strong understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act
- Proven ability to generate, nurture, and convert new business
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
