About The Role

As Operations Manager, you will lead convenience & QSR operations within Western Australia, ensuring safety, service excellence, cost efficiency and regulatory compliance across multi‑temperature warehouse operations and transport distribution.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee end‑to‑end site performance, from warehouse operations to store delivery.
- Develop high‑performing supervisors, site leaders and support teams.
- Lead safety initiatives, food safety compliance and maintain standards of excellence.
- Engage customers, resolve problems and drive service improvement.
- Control labour, cost and P & L to maximise value for Lineage and partners.
- Deploy national standards and breakthrough strategies across the network.

Qualifications





- Extensive experience in operations, ideally logistics or transport.
- Proven leadership in a quick‑paced retail distribution environment.
- Experience in multi‑temperature operations and route distribution.
- Excellence in customer management, influencing and building trust.
- Strategic mindset paired with hands‑on leadership.
- Comfort making bold decisions, challenging the status quo and encouraging innovation.
