Belgravia Leisure is seeking a Sales & Guest Experience Manager at the Nambour Aquatic Centre to lead Guest Experience staff, drive enrolments and membership sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role requires engagement with leadership and stakeholders to plan and execute initiatives, while maintaining KPIs and budgets.

You will manage recruitment, training, rosters, data entry, and cash handling, ensuring a high-quality guest experience across in-person and phone interactions.
