Join Reddam Early Learning School (ELS) in Woollahra as a Casual Early Childhood Educator, where you'll help shape the foundational years of children aged 1–5 through a rich, inquiry‑based curriculum inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy.

Located just a3‑minute walk from Bondi Junction , our purpose‑built centre offers state‑of‑the‑art facilities and a nurturing environment where educators and children thrive together.

As a casual educator (2–5 days per week), you’ll work alongside passionate colleagues todeliver meaningful learning experiences that foster independence,



creativity, and a love of discovery . You’ll support children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development through play‑based and child‑led learning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Collaborate with Room Leaders to implement an innovative, inquiry‑driven curriculum.
- Observe and document children’s development to support personalised learning.
- Create safe, engaging indoor and outdoor environments that promote exploration.
- Build strong, respectful relationships with families and involve them in their child’s learning journey.
- Work as part of a reflective, inclusive team culture.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute fresh ideas.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

You’re a nurturing, curious, and collaborative educator who values each child’s unique potential. You bring creativity, patience, and a genuine passion for early learning.

YOU'LL HAVE:

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or be actively working towards it).
- A valid Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain one).
- Strong understanding of inquiry‑based and child‑led learning.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
