About the Role
As a Home Care Personal Care Assistant, you will support Registered Nurse and the wider Clinical Care Team in delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred palliative care in the home setting.Key Responsibilities

- Assist patients with activities of daily living
- Provide direct patient care in patient homes with remote clinical oversight 24/7.
- Support mobility, transfers, pressure area care,



oral and mouth cares
- Work collaboratively with families/carers and clinicians
- Maintain patient dignity, comfort, and safety at all times
- Follow clinical protocols, infection control standards, and documentation requirements
- Respond to unexpected patient deterioration appropriately

About You - What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Availability to work on acasual basis(minimum 4‑hour shifts)
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, includingnight shifts
- Certificate III in Health and/or Aged Care,OR
- Currently studying aBachelor of Nursing(2nd or 3rdYear Students)
- Previous oncology or palliative placements
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centred care focus
- Own transport and current drivers license to travel to patient homes

Location –Brisbane - Southern Suburbs , Queensland
