FLEX, part of Hickory, is seeking an experienced Building & Facilities Manager to lead day-to-day operations at Bourke and Bowden, our newly built Sydney site. You’ll own the building’s systems, safety, compliance, and sustainability, coordinating with the Managing Agent on budgets and reporting.
You’ll manage preventative maintenance across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire, lifts, security and more, while ensuring after-hours response and tenancy onboarding.
