The Prospect

As a Broker Support Officer , you'll play a critical role in supporting our Business Development Managers and broker network to ensure applications move efficiently from submission through to settlement. You'll become a trusted point of contact for brokers, helping deliver the exceptional service and responsiveness that Gamma Duo is known for.

Key Responsibilities

- Support BDMs with broker enquiries and relationship management




- Manage application pipelines and deal progression
- Follow up supporting documentation and outstanding requirements
- Liaise with Credit, Operations and Settlements teams
- Provide application updates to brokers and referral partners
- Maintain accurate CRM and application records
- Assist with broker onboarding and engagement activities
- Support sales campaigns and broker communications

Who We're Looking For

- Experience in asset finance, commercial finance, lending or mortgage broking
- Strong administration and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience using CRM or lending management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
