- Data cleansing, review and collation of HR data held on various systems
- Documentation reviews, process documents, training guidelines, portal material, updated/formatting
- Preparation of monthly statistics to be analysed and suggestions for service improvement
- Administration support for mergers and acquisitions as they arise
- Supporting the HR Coordinators as needed
About You
The position is ideal for an enthusiastic and friendly individual, who has a strong passion for all things HR, Experience includes:
- Strong administrative skills especially Microsoft Excel
- Proven experience providing administrative support
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills; the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts
- A strong focus on continuous improvement and optimisation
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
