About the Team
Industry Skills and Learning sits within External Engagement and Partnerships and supports the delivery of industry-facing educational and training activities, such as bespoke and modular enterprise learning programs and short-form qualified and executive education, in collaboration with partners and faculties.
Job Purpose
This role provides end-to-end project management and stakeholder engagement support for industry learning programs. It drives effective program execution and helps to ensure high standards of content quality, service and delivery.
There are three opportunities available for the role.
Role Responsibilities
- Coordinate program logistics, administration and operational activities across program delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation including schedules, participant records and agreements.
- Liaise with stakeholders to support delivery, respond to queries and resolve issues.
- Coordinate venues, catering, learning materials and digital setup.
- Draft and distribute program communications and materials.
- Track timelines, identify risks and escalated delays.
- Support onboarding and coordination of facilitators and contractors.
Skills, Attributes and Knowledge
- Strong organisation and coordination skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with a range of stakeholders.
- Attention to detail in documentation and logistics.
- Sound judgement, initiative and problem solving capability.
- Understanding of learning and professional development formats
- Familiarity with higher education context and project coordination processes
Experience
- Experience supporting or coordinating learning programs, events or projects
- Experience in stakeholder liaison and client service
- Experience managing logistics, documentation and communications
- Familiarity with digital learning tools is desirable
Qualifications
- Degree with relevant experience or equivalent combination of experience and education

What We Offer
Base Salary Range:
$109,014- $120,596 (HEW7) plus 17% superannuation (pension)
The position is full time and will be made on a continuing basis.
