We're seeking Recruitment Campaigns Advisers to manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns for critical frontline roles within a large, complex organisation.

It is a VPS 4.1 role, 3 months engagement and required to be in the office 5 days.

About the Role

You'll lead the delivery of large-scale recruitment campaigns from attraction through to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while partnering closely with hiring managers and external providers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns for high-volume frontline positions.
- Partner with hiring managers and external providers to deliver successful recruitment outcomes.
- Conduct behavioural interviews, facilitate assessment centres and evaluate candidates using merit-based selection principles.
- Develop and implement recruitment campaign plans, assessment tools and selection methodologies.
- Monitor campaign progress,



analyse recruitment data and provide regular reporting.

About You

- Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end recruitment campaigns, ideally within high-volume or assessment centre environments.
- Solid interviewing skills with experience writing objective assessment reports.
- Sound knowledge of merit-based recruitment, behavioural interviewing and evidence-based selection practices.
- Experience using structured assessment methodologies, including Behaviourally Anchored Rating Scales (BARS) or similar frameworks.
- Recruitment experience within government, justice, corrections, community services, law enforcement or other highly regulated environments.
