THE ROLE

We’re looking for two Store Supervisors to join a high-volume outlet store where no two days are the same. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being on the shop floor, coaching team members and leading by example while supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy retail environment.

You’ll work closely with the Assistant Store Managers and wider leadership team to ensure outstanding customer service, strong operational standards and an engaged, high-performing team.

Day-to-Day

- Lead, motivate and support a large retail team throughout the trading day.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
- Coach and mentor team members to achieve individual and store goals.
- Support sales performance through effective floor leadership.
- Assist with stock management, replenishment and inventory processes.




- Maintain high visual merchandising and presentation standards.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations across both front and back of house.
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team to achieve business objectives.
- Foster a positive, energetic and customer-focused team culture.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

To be successful, you’ll ideally bring:

- 1-2 years' experience in a retail Supervisor, Team Leader or similar leadership role.
- Experience across both front-of-house and back-of-house retail operations.
- A background working within quick-paced, high-volume retail environments.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate others.
- A hands-on leadership style and willingness to lead from the floor.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
- A positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Full flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and peak trading periods.

Candidates currently working as Senior Client Advisors, Senior Sales Associates or experienced retail leaders looking to step into a supervisory position are encouraged to apply.

SALARY

$67,000 base salary + Super + Sales Commission
