We're looking for a Client Support Specialist to join our Tax & Advisory team. This role is built for someone who knows their way around tax, BAS and bookkeeping, and genuinely enjoys the client-facing side of accounting more than the compliance side. You won't be preparing or lodging returns, closing the books, or managing the technical delivery work, that sits with our qualified accountants. Instead, you'll be the person on the video call helping clients actually understand what's happening with their business, walking them through questions, and making sure they get real value out of what Lawpath delivers for them.

What you'll be doing

- Lead client video consultations covering tax,



BAS and bookkeeping questions
- Deliver proactive, clear advice that helps clients genuinely understand their financial position, not just answer the immediate question
- Deliver training and walk-throughs so clients feel confident managing their numbers day to day
- Flag anything that needs compliance work or technical sign-off to the right accountant on the team, so clients get the right expertise at the right time
- Spot recurring questions, friction points or opportunities to add value, and help the team keep improving how support is delivered
- Collaborate across Legal, Product and Sales to champion a seamless client experience from first contact through to ongoing support
