Breight Group is seeking skilled and experienced Rope Access Coded Welders available in August 2026.
Job Overview
Largest Rope Access team in the Mining Industry of WA. Candidates must be coded in Manual Metal Arc Welding to 4G & 4F.
Responsibilities
Perform welding duties in accordance with industry standards and codes to ensure the structural integrity and quality of the work.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Coded Welder.
- Coded Welding Qualification in codes 4G & 4F.
- Australian work rights.
- Confined Spaces (within 2 years).
- Working at Heights (within 2 years).
- Current IRATA Qualification (all levels accepted).
- Ability to pass a medical and ongoing drug & alcohol screen.
- Ability to undertake and pass a weld test up to Australian Standards 1554.1.
- Rio Tinto inducted preferred but not mandatory.
