Service Technician Plumber

Perform installs, services, repairs and maintenance of filtered boiling and chilled water systems for a global leader in sustainable water solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot using service manuals, computerised diagnostics and general technical experience.
- Conduct diagnostics for repairs and complete assessments for customers.
- Liaise with Customer Care Coordinators to ensure jobs are completed and arrange follow‑up appointments when necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

- Qualified plumber with full trade qualifications.
- Experience as a field service technician or similar technical role (water systems, coffee machines, appliances, refrigeration, etc.) – desirable but not essential.




- Solid fault‑finding and diagnostic skills.
- Comfortable working independently in the field to achieve efficient issue resolution.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Full Australian driver’s licence.
