Key Responsibilities and Expectations

You will bring with you various skills and experience to the role including:

- Compassionate, professional approach with calm, organised behaviour in fast-paced settings.
- Strong attention to detail, safe practice, sound clinical judgement, and effective problem-solving.
- Excellent communication, active listening, accurate documentation, and collaborative team skills.
- Knowledge of medication administration, wound care, infection control, and comprehensive patient assessment.

Selection Criteria

- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA. Provide a copy of AHPRA registration.
- Demonstrated recent acute care experience or other relevant acute care experience.




- Demonstrated evidence of the use of critical thinking as it relates to the delivery of evidence-based nursing care.
- Demonstrated understanding and participation in risk management, work health and safety, and quality improvement in the workplace.
- Demonstrated capacity to interact with others in a personable and professional manner and personally resolve conflicts when they arise.
