About the role

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Haulage Operations Manager to join HiSpec Heavy Haulage on a full‑time basis in Edinburgh. This is a strategic management position responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of our heavy haulage services. You will play a crucial role in ensuring effective, safe and compliant transportation operations whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

We would love for the applicant to have an MC licence with previous experience in heavy haulage and someone who can communicate with management, clients and staff effectively and efficiently.

We find the most effective managers are those that can jump in a truck and help out when needed and work as a team. We are a small family business with big equipment, and we need you to oversee our mechanics and drivers and ensure our schedules are adhered to.
