Talison Lithium is seeking a Drill and Blast Engineer to lead improvement initiatives at the Greenbushes operation. Based on-site, you will drive blasting optimisation, work with production, technical and contractor teams, and contribute to safe, efficient mining activities.

You will apply 5+ years in drill and blast, with mining software like Surpac and ShotPlus. This on-site role offers a 4/3 roster and potential DIDO housing arrangements in a supportive, high-performing team setting.
