APM is seeking a Clinical Aged Care Assessor to travel daily across SA, conducting home-based assessments that determine needs and referrals to essential services. You will work with a multi-qualified team to support older Australians living at home with quality care and independence.

Requirements include at least 1 year in aged care, a health-related degree, unrestricted AHPRA registration, and a valid driver’s licence.
