- Opportunities to grow within a leading boutique hotel group, You'll be the warm and welcoming face of our restaurant or events team - delivering memorable dining experiences and genuine hospitality. You'll work closely with the F&B; or Restaurant Manager, learning as you go, and making every guest feel like a regular.

About the Candidate

- You enjoy chatting with people and making them feel at home
- You're curious about food, wine, and local produce
- You're well-presented and reliable
- You hold a current RSA (or are willing to get one)
- You have your own transport and unrestricted work rights in Australia
- You want to work with a great team who are friendly and welcoming
- You are available to work on weekends and special public holidays, including (but not limited to) Christmas, Easter, and New Year's Eve.
