Role Summary
Business-facing consultant, who can independently engage stakeholders, provide functional leadership, understand technical implications, and drive solution delivery from requirements through deployment.
Skills & Experience
- Deep SAP Payroll functional knowledge including payroll configuration, wage types, schema/rules, and payroll operations.
- Ability to work directly with payroll business teams to understand legislative, award, and operational requirements.
- Experience in payroll testing, reconciliation, defect management, and production support activities.
- Good understanding of payroll integrations, time management, finance posting, and downstream systems.
- Able to translate complex payroll business requirements into practical SAP payroll solutions and guide technical teams.
