THE ROLE

We're looking for a passionate and driven leader to join our Melbourne team as an Operations Manager, overseeing a dynamic portfolio of Scape properties and delivering exceptional resident experiences.

Day-to-day (but not limited to) you will:

Plan and manage resource levels to deliver high-quality customer service and operations.

Oversee and deliver on-site training for new customer service team members

Manage the collection, distribution, and ongoing development of all relevant reporting requirements related to the property

In liaison with the Facilities team, support the preparation and expenditure of facilities management budgets (both operational and capital expenditure).

In liaison with the Wellness and Hygiene team, maintain high standards of property presentation in both common areas and rooms.

Management of customer arrears that meet the identified company target.

Control of operational costs that deliver an under or on-budget performance.

Meet or exceed budgeted short-term and long-term revenue targets.

Support property specific Sales and Marketing campaigns

The successful candidate must be willing to undertake a National Police Check and a Working with Children check

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are seeking a highly motivated operator who enjoys leading a team through an engaging and inclusive approach.

In addition, you will have the following skills and experience:

Minimum 5-years' experience in a customer service/operations role.

Prior experience managing strong effective teams

Ability to monitor and control financials and budgets

A good understanding of Residential Tenancy (RTA) legislation
