We're seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee projects across the workplace, healthcare, education, retail, and hospitality sectors.

Projects typically range from $1M-$25M+, offering the opportunity to manage complex sites with the support of an established, high-performing team.

About The Role

We are looking to identify an experienced Site Manager to deliver projects in the Fit-Out and Refurbishment sector across Brisbane.

You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, to the highest quality standards, and in accordance with client expectations.

Requirements





- Proven experience working on similar projects as a Site Manager
- Manage all in office construction activities, subcontractors, and site personnel
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards
- Coordinate effectively with Project Managers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
- Drive a strong safety culture and maintain compliance with company and legislative requirements
- Monitor site progress, resolve on-site issues, and proactively manage project risks
