We are seeking an experienced and people‑focused Allocations Team Leader to lead a high‑performing team responsible for coordinating and optimising daily operations. This is a hands‑on leadership role where no two days are the same. You’ll thrive on managing competing priorities, solving complex problems, and leading a team through a constantly changing environment. You’ll be a strong people leader who thrives in a fast‑paced setting and can make confident decisions under pressure backed with operational experience.

Your day will involve:

- Leading, coaching and developing a team of Allocators to deliver exceptional operational and customer outcomes.
- Managing daily operational activity and responding to changing customer, fleet and operational requirements in real time.
- Driving team performance through clear expectations, accountability and continuous coaching.
- Making timely and informed decisions where service, cost and customer outcomes are impacted.
- Building strong working relationships with key stakeholders across operations, sales, customer service and site leadership teams.
- Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and service delivery.
- Creating a positive, high‑performance culture that values teamwork, ownership and continuous improvement.




- Monitoring operational performance and ensuring KPIs are achieved while maintaining a strong focus on safety and customer experience.

What are we looking for?

- Demonstrated experience leading teams within a fast‑paced operational environment.
- Strong people leadership capability with a genuine passion for coaching, developing and motivating others.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and make decisions in time‑critical situations.
- Experience working in industries where operational disruptions have significant customer, service or commercial impacts.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing capability.
- A resilient and adaptable leadership style with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Experience within fleet‑based operations, contact centres, aviation, FMCG, manufacturing, banking, utilities or similar environments will be highly regarded.
