We are currently seeking an Information Security Analyst to join our IT Security team located at our NSW office.

THE ROLE
As an Information Security Analyst you will be Maintaining the security and integrity of FUJIFILM information systems and data and advising the business and IT division in all facets of Information Security, to facilitate compliance with the organisation’s Information Security policies, business requirements, strategic objectives and risk assessment and management guidelines. providing technical support services in relation to the operation of existing applications that support Fujifilm’s customer facing applications.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Reporting to the Team Lead – IT Security, the primary focus of this role is the maintenance and continual improvement of the FUJIFILM Information Security Management System (ISMS) across Australia.
- Participate in the implementation, development, and maintenance of information security controls aligned to applicable industry and regulatory standards, including ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS, Australian Government ISM Controls, and SOC 2.
- Undertake information security risk identification, assessment, remediation, and ongoing administration in accordance with the FUJIFILM DMS Risk Management Policy and Guidelines.
- Co-ordinate and participate in internal and external audits of the ISMS, including ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS, ISM, and client audits.
- Assist with the development,
maintenance, and publication of information security policies, standards, and procedures in support of the Information Security Document Assurance Framework.
- Develop and maintain security documentation, including System Security Plans (SSPs) and Security Risk Management Plans (SRMPs).
- Develop, implement, and perform testing of information security controls to validate design effectiveness and operational performance, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal control frameworks.
- Perform third-party risk management activities, including security assessments of vendors and service providers, evaluation of control environments, and ongoing assurance to ensure compliance with organisational, contractual, and regulatory obligations.
- Perform contract review activities to identify information security risks and assess the adequacy of security-related obligations and control coverage across customer, supplier, and third-party agreements.
- Work collaboratively with business systems managers and IT teams to identify, assess, and communicate security weaknesses and recommend appropriate remediation actions.
- Provide guidance and conduct security reviews of products, solutions, and system architectures to ensure security-by-design principles are embedded.
- Monitor and evaluate emerging security technologies, threats, and industry trends, and provide recommendations to management.
- Promote continual improvement of security awareness across FUJIFILM DMS through training, stakeholder engagement, and security-related communications.
- Demonstrate the capability and willingness to support the Team Lead – IT Security,
including undertaking delegated responsibilities during periods of absence or as required.
- Remain flexible and willing to perform additional duties as directed by management.
Key Skills and Personality Traits
Key Skills
- Broad knowledge of Information Security principles and best practices e.g. ISO 27001, ISO 27005, ISM, PCI DSS, SOC2.
- Broad knowledge of IT security controls and products associated with networks, firewalls, email, operating systems, databases, malicious code management, intrusion detection, cryptography, and internet facing solutions.
- Specialised knowledge in the areas of Information Security Governance and Risk Management.
- Knowledge in the area of AI governance or the ISO 42001 standard.
- Good analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Good project, task planning and time management skills.
- Valuable interpersonal and consultative skills.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 8 years of IT experience that includes previous relevant experience in an Information Security, Risk Management, Audit or equivalent role.
- Certification with a recognised industry security assessment organisation desirable.
